@Sbiav You would be best to call EE CS direct if you have a specific issue, the Forum is just not a place to post as you have done, whatever your specific problem you have, no details from you not much the Forum can suggest!

@Sbiav Flashing Orange it's giving you nothing at all, so don't be fooled by that one, you need to explain what when were, the Forum knows NOTHING about you, for all you could be a brand new customer, decided to stick the EE Hub on the connection and waiting for EE to say it's all good. @Sbiav As you are posting all over the place, run the EE Service Checker option, that will look to see if there is a local issue with delivery off Broadband were you are! You may be able to get to it via the app, if not try logging into you account and go from there!
