Don’t understand why I’m getting texts about sending something back

I have changed my broadband to full fibre and they sent me an extra wire to use for my broadband box which I use but they are asking me to send my kit back and if I don’t I will get  a charge but I don’t understand what for.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated

@Chantelle904   why not just give them a call and explain and stop any extra charges.

From the Help Pages:

Call us

Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm

Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm

From your EE mobile

150

From any other phone

0330 123 1105

Calls are free from an EE number. Charges may apply if you call from another network.

I too am  getting emails saying I need yo send back my broadband box or I'll be charged £85! When I specifically remember posting it back in April when I got my new box. I'm phoning them today to see what is going on! 🙄

But I recommend phoning them and speaking to someone.
