Don't switch from BT to EE

Just over 7 days ago I was conned into moving in group from BT to EE, I was told the technology was better than BT but since I moved my broadband has cut out multiple times, sometimes for over an hour, I work from home so this is a sh*te service. It has come to the point where we have cancelled the connection within the 14 days and are going with another provider. I am not one to normally post reviews unless they are positive but I felt it necessary to warn prospective customers what they are getting themselves into.

@davidoff3  Broadband has nothing to do with roaming.   It’s a mobile phone service and you only get it if you select a tariff that has it included.  Sounds like you didn’t.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@davidoff3 : You don't get roaming with Home BB. How can you? The BB is supplied to your fixed home location. You can't take it elsewhere.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

They also have a mobile phone service and they conned me into moving from BT to EE with the promise that my free roaming would continue. You obviously either work for them or you're a troll.

Indeed EE does & it involves roaming. However you leached into a thread in the Home BB forum where roaming is impossible.

Obviously I am neither!
