Disappointed with EE

I have used up all my mobile data cos I can't get any WiFi on my phone!! When you phone 150 they say we'll send you a text, well pointless doing that as I have no Internet so can't click on any links. Wish I stayed with Vodafone as had no problems with them. 

When I signed up for Broadband and I went onto the App it said link your devices, then asked me to scan the back of the EE hub and then scan the Vodafone bar code and since then it is showing as Vodafone. This is all very complicated and I am really not happy.

Will someone please phone me.

@Rosie1210 : What is showing as Voda? Do you mean the WiFi SSID of the EE router? If so, the app gave you the option to copy them across from the Voda router to the EE router.
