Digital calling

I have just changed over from BT to EE and have a WIFI 7 hub, The digital phones that were purchased Dec 24 worked perfectly well with the BT hub but now we have changed to EE  I've lost the land line digital calling, everything else seems to be working ok, i.e Internet, TV, and the Halo system. Talking to the technical section at EE they say that its fully activated and I should be getting calls. I have explained several times to the technical people I speak to but they don't seem to listen. They sent an Openreach engineer out to check everything and all proved ok at the house end, but I still don't have digital calling.  Is anybody else having the same problems?

@reidr162 Have you had a look with the web manager to see that the service is on to the router, when did you change over BT to EE, does take a little time to go active and settle. http://192.168.1.254

@reidr162  Have you tried just restarting the router ?  Switch it off for 30+ seconds then restart it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@reidr162   Does it work with with a normal analogue phone plugged into the back of the router?
