Difference between FF Essentials and All Inclusive

Hi,

when I signed up in Jan I was on the full fibre gigabit all rounder  package at £44.99.  A few weeks later I was told by a cust service person that I had been sold the wrong package and was moved to the full fibre gigabit essentials.  I was also told this this would save me a few £ per month and include an 12 month x-box pass..  I have an on going case with EE re linking my accounts but now that I am able to look at this properly, I  was charged £46.99 which included a £5 discount before the price rises end of March.

As I can't see anything on the EE site about the all rounder package, does anyone know what the difference between these packages may be (except for the x-box pass)?

Thanks.

There does not seem to be much difference between the essentials and all rounder package.

However EE have now resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
