How do I get EE to send meet the SH31B? 

I now have 3!!!!! SH32B devices which are of no use to me. Every time I speak to customer service, I am assured they will send the correct one. The last person said they couldn't do it online so would ensure it was done manually. I've now waited in for 3 whole days for the correct one to be delivered. I'm afraid the incompetence is systemic within the organisation and I'm now at a loss as to what to do. 

HELP!!!!!

@SHHunter Take it you are required to connect to the OR Master socket with your request, and that Fibre is currently not available anywhere near you!

I don't have it on me currently.
We've just been on the phone to yet another person. I have no faith in them
getting it right this wrong onetime.
I need the SH31B with the grey Broadband port at the back.
No one can send it to us! Always wrong one!
