Hi, I have received an email telling me my broadband equipment will be delivered in the next two days and I am away for the next two days. The area is not safe to leave a package by the door so what will happen to the package when the courier knocks and no one answers?

It's sent by Royal Mail. What usually happens when the postman can't deliver? They usually leave a card to go to local delivery office. It is designed to go thro' typical letterbox.

Hi @UnsteadP .
EE use Royal Mail to deliver the routers, and packages are are designed to fit through a normal letterbox.
What does the postie normally do for your packages - leave with a neighbour, or return to the local post office?
