Hi,

Informed that existing broadband  contract (with EE)  finsihes on 02-04 (with high 40GBP  new monthly rate if no action taken ) , signed up today for new contract (with EE)  informed by emai lthat new contract begins on 14-04. What happens in the interim will they scam me for the high monthly rate for the 12 days and effectively get a top up  on the agreed monthly rate from 14-04

Need to know as if my assumption turns out to be correct will cancel contract immediately

@joecor : For the interim 12 days you'll be on the old BB contract & paying its higher "out-of-contract" rate until the new BB is installed on the 14 Apr.

Don't cancel the old BB. The new BB will replace the old & auto cancel its contract.
