Connectivity issues

We cannot connect to our Wordpress admin page and we've been advised that there are connectivity issues on the trace from our computer to the server’s IP.

Can this be checked please?

We've just moved the site from Siteground to Hostinger, and whilst it looks like we are logged in we are unable to make any changes to the site.

I've been working with Hostinger suport and they are able to access and work on the site, but we can't connect to make any changes.

What happens when you try to make changes? Any error msg?

Have your tried another browser &/or cleared cache & cookies?

Hostinger have been able to make changes to the site, but we cannot see the changes, eben after clearing cache & cookies and logging in with a different browser.

Hostinger have offered to move the site to a different server, but thought I'd see if EE can fix the connection issue first.

What, if any, error msg or symptoms are you getting?

Could it be a permissions issue on the site? When another, an admin, makes changes to a user's objects, they could well take over ownership of those objects with full admin permissions while removing the user's permission to write those objects. A bit like Windows!

There could be many others who might jump in.
