We are unable to connect our devices it says unable to connect try again later we have only had it 48 hours and problems already and also we have been given a WiFi extender!

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 for mobile and 0330 123 1105 for Broadband..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Russi75 as @Northerner has asked, what have you only had for 48Hrs, if not able to setup or get working, have you looked on EE help, or just given them the call?
