Hi
I had a cold call today from 07973 100606 claiming he was EE offering new fibre package. He seemed genuine in that he knew my plan had lapsed in May and my DOB and house set up etc. I asked him to send me plan info and he said he would send a form to read and check terms and there would be an agreement link to let him know I was happy. Also was going to send a new router for full fibre. I have not received info yet but equally he didn’t appear pushy in any way whilst on the phone. So question is would it have been a genuine call and if so how do I chase the info package he was sending electronically?
thanks

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

Hi I double checked inbox and did get a message from https://eu2.lightico.com but it won’t open for some reason. Is that a legitimate EE company? Thanks

It appears to be something EE uses, but I get mixed messages when searching the number.

Give CS a call in the morning and see if they can get you the offer.

Hi @Webbybobetski 07973100606 is a genuine EE number.

@Webbybobetski : Which EE BB package do you currently have & which was he offering you?
To help us advise you which BB you could get there, what does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.
