Changing contract Length during cooling period.

Hi guys first post.

im getting fibre broadband 67 installed today. I’ve opted for 24 months contract, but I’m having second thoughts about the length. Would like to change to 12 months instead.
Question is, am I able to change the length of the contract during the 14 day cooling period over the telephone or will an engineer need to make another visit at a later date. Will I have to return the hub back? Not sure what the process is.

thank you

mic

If you ordered online or by phone you will need to cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from installation & then reorder what you really want.

@MicMac1601 Why don't you just give EE sales a call, they will advise you what you can and cannot do also what the charge will be if EE do a 12month contract period but do expect that to be a lot higher in price!

@XRaySpeX Thanks, was not sure if EE did the 12month and the website would not show anything but 24month period to me at least! Jim
