Cannot load Hub management Home after running for a few days, the only way out is to restart! This is not acceptable.

The CHOP error can't be due to a f/ware update as it occurs on a free-standing SH+ unconnected to any BB.

I am having the same issue. This is a pretty fundamental bug on this router...whats the fix EE?

Hi @alwoods.
Welcome to the EE Community!
At what point is it you're seeing this error, is it a certain page on the Hub manager, or can you not load http://192.168.1.254/ full stop?
Have you given this a try from a different device or browser, too?

@Peter_W A restart of the router fixes the issue but that's not the point. It does it regularly. It fails on the start screen which is here: http://192.168.1.254/AppInitScreen

@alwoods What EE Router do you have, link below will take you to the recent if you are unsure then you can look see. If you are able to post a picture up of your Status Screen, the chop-800 error went away months ago with a FW update, may see it once in a blue moon, think i have seen it once in about 5 months now.

@JimM11 got it again this morning. This issue also impacts the app Manage Broadband section.
Not that it should have much impact but i have 4 additional managed switches coming off the router via a 24 Port Poe Switch
