Cannot connect my HP 8020 printer to my EE network

I have recently had EE Broadband installed, though I still have my Virgin Media equipment while the contract runs down.

I have an HP 8020 printer that is connected to the EE router using an ethernet cable but the printer keeps showing unable to connect. At first, when I tried to print a document, it allowed me to press 'connect' on the printer and the document would print. Now, that wiill not work.

@EriktheViking1  have you gone back through the setup process via the HP app since you moved the printer to the EE router?

The VM router will have used different settings, so worth doing the setup again.

You may also want to try a different LAN port.
