Cancel a contract as we have moved abroad

Hi - we signed up for a broadband contract in July and we have now moved aboard so unfortunately we need to cancel the contract.
I have tried to ring various numbers but they don’t seem to recognize the mobile number associated with our contract, so I can’t get through.  I also just tried the +44 800 079 8586 number during working hours and they are not answering either, saying they are closed…

What do I do? Who do I call? There doesn’t seem to be any email number to contact?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

with thanks,

Serena
