I had a sales guy at my door on Wednesday, I think his name was Jordan. He wanted me to switch to EE broadband and TV (think he said it was Now tv). I told him I was quite happy with with my current provider and had been for a very long time. He said that the speed was better and the package price as cheaper with EE etc so I told him I would think about it. He said he would sign me up anyway to make sure I got this offer which was expiring shortly, but nothing would happen until the end of September so I could cancel it at any time before that. I have decided that I definitely do not want to switch but have not been able to contact EE on the phone despite trying many time and being on hold for long periods of time. Please cancel the switch over to EE, I can confirm I definitely do not want to switch to EE. Thanks

This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account & so cannot cancel your ordered switch.. You need to raise this with CS.

We want you to get the best plan for you needs, and if that is staying with your current provider then we absolutely understand. Have you been able to reach out to your current provider and see if they are able to cancel the swith fom their side?
