Can't link my account so can't view my bill

Just got EE text to login to view my bill but can't as app will not let me link my account to app so how the hell can pay it or ever check my details

The following advice was given by EE CS forum support to another customer.

 if you speak with the broadband billing team they'll be happy to help. 

0330 123 1105 Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm
