I have been told this is tech problem but they can't resolve it promised call back but that didn't happen. So now can't access my broadband account. Have tried raising complaint do thry respond to complaints????

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
