Can't access EE broadband controls or home hub webpage

As the title says really. Over the past couple of weeks I've been unable to edit any settings either in the 192.268... page or in the EE app for my broadband. A reset/reboot does not resolve the issue - any ideas?

We control our child's devices through the app to turn off at bedtime so not having access to it is a bit troublesome lol.

@Jonjon1239 If you have tried everything as you say, then you just may have no choice left but to try the Factory Reset, the chop error went away and last time i seen it was way back Mar24 in an OOB first time connection on the setup off the EE Smarthub+ Router, once online and it FW updated then never seen it again after that point, some say when it happens, just refresh the page and it get's the data from the Router.

I would be testing it direct Ethernet connection on the Main router to a Laptop Nic port and http://192.168.1.254

Should open fairly quickly with in a few seconds depending on when the Router was last powered of and the log file is fairly clean. Never been the quickest at showing!
