You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form at the foot of the page.

As I already made complaint on 14th November 2022.
As I couldn't here the phone ringing, I went into the EE store to sort this out.
The sales lady saw me and before I could approach her she straight way went into back room. Before she was called out to see I saw her busy talking away and having a good laugh with her colleagues as there were no customers apart from I been severed.
Then her colleague called Suraj went back room to get her. I explained to her that I was not happy with the phone as it has been causing me issues. And she did not offer me your lastest model S22, she then tried to cover by saying that the phone she has given me was the lastes modle which came out in June 2022 . When on your website it clearly shows that S22 is the lastest model which has come out in February 2022 and monthly contract is for £30 per month. When I was explaining to that she did not offer me this deal nor mentioned. She stated that no deals which are on your website is not available in the store. I tried explaining the issues I am having with the phone. She was list bothered to listen to my complaint and stated that she will get her manager to discuss the complaint.
All over sudden I was told with in 2 minutes that the store manager was not in the store. She bought out the office codeless phone and called on phone and left on so that the store manger could listen and went back into back room.
I was then told to come back when I was free, as the store manager was not available to resolve this matter.
Suraj than stated to come back on Saturday to resolve this matter.
Seen I am been given this phone it's nothing but I having problems. I can not hear the vibration nor I am getting any messages through my smart watch although my smart watch is fully connected with the phone. She than told to feel the phone vibration I need to hold my phone in hand.
If I have to hold the phone how am I going to be working.
I have explained this issue but it seemed she was least bothered to listen and was coming very aggressive.
Is this the way you treat your customers in your stores and is this your way to provide your customer service to your customers.

Hi @A12k
I'm very sorry to read this has happened.
Have you spoken to the store manager or is this Saturday?
Leanne.
