Upgraded to full fibre broadband in March 2024 with assurance from EE that the service is guaranteed as hybrid hub would take over if main hub fails. Not had any internet service today and EE unable to resolve issues. They have arranged engineer visit in three days time, so no internet service all weekend. Our security and heating systems have been seriously affected by unavailability of internet service. Will need to review my contract carefully!

What lights are on the Hybrid unit?
