I have moved from bt to ee broadband and got a message saying your first bill is ready log on here to view it but when I log on it wants my account number which I don’t have.

Have you looked on all your information sent to you from EE after you agreed to switch from BT to EE?

There must be an account number on an email at least from EE as they'll generate a new one for you.

If not then just give them a call or chat if you don't get any joy here.
