Hi I have just had the phone line upgraded in my area to full fibre broadband and just wondering how I get the full download speeds of up to 1000mps as I’m only getting 38mps

Welcome to EE's Home Broadband Forum.
Sounds like you haven't yet got onto FF.
1. Post your router status. For a SmartHub: login and go to Home > Status.
2. What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.
