Broadband upgrade offers that haven't been recieved

I have upgraded to full broadband this last month but I was told I would recieve 20gb data on my phone and a free years xbox game pass. I have not recieved either please can you sort thus issue for me.

@Misspiglet100  Any extra data added to your pay monthly contract will be added once your phone tariff monthly cycle starts again. It’s not add before the monthly cycle
