Are there any issues with broadband connectivity currently?

BB issues are rarely localised or indeed nationwide but specific to your own line.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.

Hi...I'm in Glasgow and my broadband has been virtually down since 4pm yesterday

@ericb68  have you followed any of the steps in the replies above, or have you contacted customer services?

Yes...I called and there was an engineer arrived but never got problem
fixed...he is due back soon...so fingers crossed 🤞...thanks.
