Im having issues with trying to link my broadband to online account to make sure my bills are up to date and correct price. It keeps telling me that it is wrong information to link. EE told me to log into my profile and click manage account but there is nothing there to do it just name etc.

Any help would be appreciated

What info are you giving it for it to say it is wrong?

I have the same problem. I called EE CS and the guy said my account starting with GB**** wouldn't work in EE's account linking, explaining that it was treated as BT account plan so I need to deal with BT. It sounds crazy. I tried account the account to my existing BT account it doesn't work either.  SO I am stuck at the moment.

@ErenJaeger : If you have BB with BT you can't link it to your MyEE. They are separate ISPs. It needs to be registered to your MyBT, however it is done. We wouldn't know!

Broadband is with BT (separate app + login) and your mobile is with EE. You can't link the two to view in one place, unfortunately.
