Broadband lost connection

Hi,

We lost connection in the middle of the night, ONT lights are fine but hub is flashing orange, guide has booked an engineer for tomorrow, this happened twice in the last month and just came back by itself, we’ve not touched any hardware or changed anything, it must be an issue on EE side as neighbours have had issues over the past few weeks too.

can someone help please? (Sorry for other posts it kept glitching while I was typing)

I'm pleased the team were able to arrange an engineer to help with this. 

Keep us posted with how that goes, and I'm sure if any of our users have any other things to try, they will be along with some advice 🙂
