I cannot speak to a customer rep Iv my. Account number and everything however still no luck ..
is broadband down in Chester it’s been 2 days and I need this for work ?

I called them they’d blocked my unlimited data as I’d used 100 gb ? Lol I’m not sure how it can be unlimited yet I can’t exceed 100gb .. there trying to remove the block but I’m still on 40 mins and counting
