Since both the app and site is down for what I guess is planned maintenance with zero notification, and we can’t even access our online bills how on earth are we supposed to contact customer service????? Is there a magic number for them? I have broadband 1.6gb apparently but my mobile is through Vodafone, so I need a real number to call.
