Our iOS devices find it difficult to automatically connect to our EE router/modem, even they are set up to do so. this happens almost every time we turn them on. Why?

@Keith-R  on your iOS devices have you tried forgetting the network and resetting it up again ?

when you are connected to the router.

Settings>Wifi>>click the blue i > and click forget this network.   Restart the device and then connect back to the WiFi with the pass phase.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
