How this company sells itself as a tech company is laughable. First it took weeks of back and forth and misinformation to get my broadband hooked up. Now it’s been six weeks and EE cannot figure out how to connect my broadband bill to my EE account on my app, and continue to send text messages that state my broadband is due, but the link goes to my mobile bill.
It’s like a clown car with text and email going round and round and in one door and out another. And this is AFTER two phone calls, each of which provided completely different and seemingly incorrect information.
