So I recently switched my full fibre broadband from Plusnet to EE. My service went live on 02/03/26 and i paid my first bill on 11/03/26. 2 days before this, on 09/03/26 I received an email from EE saying my broadband bill would be going up? I expected an increase from 31 March 2027 but surely not this year, especially after less than 1 month into my contract. Does this sound correct or have they made a mistake?

@Mufc1984 The Forum apart from the select few that pop on are all just Customers like yourself, trying best we can to help and advise, give you all the tools etc to go back to EE CS and see if anything can be done, as you said previous they are digging the heels in and it's a flat NO stump up or leave may be the next one, CS did that to me, 11 months into a 24 month contract and trust me 5 minutes later i was gone and signed up to another ISP!
I can take a quick look at all my old billing etc but not reaching the year with EE i did not have that one to deal with but do have the price on the FF500 connection with EE at the time even though that also was well messed up due to the FTTC/FTTP upgrade.

Please do come back & tell us when the order was placed. I'm not disputing your start date again the important one is when itt was placed. Orders placed BEFORE 1st March still have an increase that year.
Doubtless ths cotrect part will be ignored again of course

If it helps, I keep on getting either upgrade your broadband or like today.
An upgrade early offer to beat the price rise for this year, and freeze the price until 2027. But when I do phone 150. I just hit a brick wall.
