@XRaySpeX That not bad, solved without a reply. As Openreach are pushing out WBC FTTP to new builds what sometimes is missed with MDU's (Multiple Dwelling Uniits.).

There is a different Openreach team that deals with it as it can sometimes be complex with wayleaves etc for FTTP.

Is it actually a new build where the developer has worked with OPenreach or a conversion of an existing building?

Perhaps we will never know.
