Broadband Billing and method

debmacca
Visitor

I have recently transferred from BT to EE and am wondering 2 things regarding billing. Can I 1) Keep my billing frequency as quarterly, and 2) Keep my billing method as payment via Credit Card and NOT monthly direct debit. I say "Keep" in both my questions as this is exactly what I had with BT and would like it to remain the same.

Many Thanks.

Debbie.

  1. EE only do monthly billing.
  2. If you don't set up a DD you may pay manually by bank card. EE offers no provision for registering a bank card for auto payments.
