Both a BT LL/BB Customer & EE Mobile Customer

Hi - I'm after some advice if possible!

I currently have a BT BB/LL (out of contract) plus 2 EE mobile contracts.

Is there a best way to contact EE with regards to offers to migrate the lot over to see if I can save some money? I don't want to go to a store but see there is no online chat and if there is a way to avoid sitting on hold for ages I'll take it!

Finally, when migrating BB is there likely to be any downtime? I am assuming no as BT & EE are the same now.

Many thanks in advance.

BT & EE are not the same as ISPs. They are separate just like any other ISPs & you switch from 1 to another by applying to the new ISP who will take care of everything except the old ISP's final bill.

It could take 2 weeks from order to switch but downtime should only be at most an hour or 2 but could even be a few mins as it's the same line.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
