Bill saying paid

I transferred from BT on 11th July and was issued a bill from EE due on 20th July.

I changed billing date to 31st of each month.

My bill is saying paid since 16th  but no direct debit has left my account.

Next bill estimate showing at £56 which is what is saying has been paid and will be my usual payment.

@Justin5928 Billing always by default say's it is paid until EE come get the money, because you changed the billing date you where lucky and EE have adjusted that payment out to include the extra day's which will give you the higher amount for that month then straight payment's monthly from that period on, Billing date is applied, payment is taken 7-8 days later from the DD account! So in your case, biil will be seen and dated 31st and your payment will be 7-8th depending on weekend day's etc!
