Been two days since paying late bill but still no internet?

hi 

 

paid my bill two days ago as I need to set up dd so I completely forgot it was due. 
it’s been two full days and still no reconnect of broadband.. is this normal ?

Hi; you’ll need to call ee and discuss with them. We’re all customers so don’t have access to this info.

Once EE's received payment, it can take up to 24 hours to switch your service back on. However, most services are on within 2 hours. If you’re still not connected after 24 hours, please try restarting your device.
