BT to EE

Hello all,

Quick question, i renewed my broadband and phone contract. I was told over the phone that the broadband and phone services were merging with EE. I got a new contract all was fine, I was told it would all be signed over within a few days and I should see no down time. So my confusion comes as I have been charged for the month from BT and also from EE. I have only had the internet from EE which is BT for 2 days so why have I paid full price to both companies if they are 1??? I wasn’t explained this at all. Have I been charged incorrectly? Or is this correct?

@DanLewis88  you should get a final BT which should be a refund for the time you moved to EE.

Alas the transfer process is not always as seamless as you would like.

But do give CS a call if you are still worried, there is no account access on here, and replies are mostly from customers trying to help.

BT & EE are separate ISPs providing their own products, services & pricing. They are both equal subsidiaries of the BT Group.
