BT to EE huge increase in landline charges

Just switched from BT to EE for Broadband and Landline (digital landline), shocked to receive such a large bill for first month when all my local calls were free with BT. £32.67 charge this month and no detail useage report available. Also.paying £3 per month for privilege.
