Recently transferred from BT to EE. BT Hybrid Connect was working along with BT Hub but since transfer has been flashing red ie no 4G signal ? I've tried to reset, switch off and on again etc but I'm not even sure if it's meant to work on the contract I now have. I do not understand all this stuff so any help is appreciated! Also, if it's showing that there are ten devices being used on my broadband and I only have 5 in the house then how do I figure out which ones are mine and can I block the others?

What is the name of the EE Plan you have now switched to? Hybrid Connect is only included on Full Works plans, and not Essentials or All Rounder, or can be used on any type of plan taken with the Hybrid Connect add-on at £7pm.

That makes sense as I think I moved to an Essentials plan. Thanks for your help.
