Smart Hub 2 EE box no idea, only got installed a few months ago. Sorry I'm
a dinosaur with tech stuff

I guess the "EE box" is the OR ONT fixed to the wall. It's the modem for your Full Fibre BB.

What lights show on the ONT?

The power light,, PON and LAN. The LOS has no light
