Since migrating my broadband from BT to EE I am unable to log onto my BT Cloud account, I keep getting a "sorry there was a problem, please try again later. Error code MBB03-04" message. I thought people who migrated would still keep their BT Cloud access or is it some other unrelated issue? This occurs on both the web version and app version of BT Cloud.

Hi, I've just moved over to EE from BT and was told I would still have access to my BT Cloud account but am getting Error Code MBB3-04. How do I go about accessing my cloud now? Is there a different URL now I'm with EE. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Having had issues with BTCloud when EE and BT merged the services I'm now advised the service is being deprecated later this year, allowing only downloading. I was advised here will be no recompense for the lack of Service.

@logsdailjones And in case you use/need, the BT info like about the service, you have about six weeks left to go.
