It's ridiculous that there isn't a 24/7 chat or help! Paid my bill hours ago and my broadband still isn't on and I'm now left all day/night with no way to watch tv or anything truly shocking from such a big company.

It will take up to 48 hours to process and payments made on a weekend.
Is this mobile broadband or fixed line.
