Very occasionally if there's been an input error when someone is trying to switch broadband providers, they can accidentally try to take over your line which would put an automatic cancellation request at our end.
Like @Schockwave mentioned if you give our team a call, they should be able to check this and get the takeover cancelled 😊

@seonagc , we have no account access, you will have to speak to customer service to get this looked into.
