Having being 'encouraged' to migrate my something over twenty years relationship with BT Broadband to the new better? EE Broadband service for less than three weeks. it has been proved to be a constant problematic service.
Not withstanding the replacement of my two previous GOOD BT complete WI-FI discs with two new EE devices that now seem to provide even less signals to my property even though they are all in the same locations as before,
I'm also constantly (now four times in the last three weeks) having to reboot the EE Smart Hub Plus device in order to get the previously stable telephone line to work. And yes, I have ditched the Home Phone Adapter so the telephone is DIRECTLY connected to the EE Home Hub Plus.
So my simple question is has anyone been successful in forcing EE to migrate me back to my good old BT Broadband service or am I better off cancelling the service completly and bite to bullect by going to a better service provide?

OH Joy of Joys. I've promoted from Visitor through to Investigator and got two Badges. Does this really mean anything at all.
What I still haven't got, is my Broadband account on the "My-EE" page.

Oh Dear. In the same position, my broadband has been migrated from BT to EE, I have had my last bill from BT, and a new debit on my bank account from EE, but absolutely nothing in writing teling me what my new broadband acount number is, and when I log into my EE app all it shows me is my mobile account - get this - at the previous tariif! l! Spent an hour on the phone with EE trying to get it sorted out last week, but nothing has changed. I cannot view my broadband bill, and worse I cant access my TNT sports account to view it on Discovery Plus. I am wondering if I can go back to BT for broadband and put my phone with someone else? At least all my services are working - apart from TNT sports which I dont know if I am paying for because I cant access my account. A complete mess it seems.

@oldsteel Your DD bank details will have your EE broadband account number on it as the reference.

No - the reference on the EE payment in my DD bank details says 'First Payment' and nothing else.

@oldsteel My bad then, cannot say i remember what the first one had, but now they have the account detail in the ref section.

@JimM11no worries, thanks for the suggestion. I think I will wait a month, check my EE bank debits in the meantime and hope they sort things out their end. Bit miffed about paying for TNT Sports and getting no access to Discovery Plus, but I can always follow that up and ask for a refund later on. At least my services are still working, it looks like this is a billing/accounts issue. Still pretty poor though, looks like EE were totally unprepared to take on all residential broadband customers from BT.

If you log into MY BT app you will see your EE account number on the front screen, listed as your BT account Number
It is actually quite hard to get to on the MY EE app

@Ewan15My BT broadband account number started GB followed by 8 digits. The EE account number field asks for 9 digits. I have not yet received any email or other communication from EE about my broadband order that would advise me of my account number. However they have taken the first DD payment. Maybe I will have to await the September payment before I get my account number! Without the account number I cant link the broadband service into my EE app, which currently shows only my mobile service. I am going to wait and see, will be onto 150 again if nothing changes in a couple of weeks. The last call was an hour, and the rep promised it would all be fixed by Thursday (yesterday).

@oldsteel Broadband accounts are GB +8, mobile accounts are 9 digits only.

Hi OldSteel
Log into the MY BT APP and you will see your EE broadband account number.
This is because BT issues broadband account numbers not EE
I hope this helps.
