Anyone else getting a blank grey screen when they go to manage their broadband through the app!?

Good afternoon @Colesey.
I'm not aware of any similar reports with this one so far; have you checked to make sure your app and device are both fully up to date?
Also are you able to see your details if you try logging in to the browser version of your account?

Yep everything up to date.
I can see all my info in the app just can’t manage the broadband.

@Colesey Have a quick look on google to see if they posted when the app updated, it's on a 2 week update cycle if they have stuck to it, no longer EE cust, so app is non functional apart from come join EE like that's going to happen.

I’m sure it’ll be fixed when the next update is released, I’ll just have to wait till then- no big deal.

@Colesey It's a suck it and see, patience is the best virtue for sure with the app, just wish there was an easy way back, turn off auto updates if that can be done but more fun with the surprise from the app, not a mobile person know what i mean...🙄👍

Yes I am been in touch about it they haven't managed to sort it.Told me to ring the product department next.

@Bear65 : There is no specific product dept. Just call CS & they'll deal with it or pass you to someone they think might be able.
