I have had reason to contact EE several times during the past week. We live in a big old house that has several routers of different strengths in order to keep the wifi going in the house and into the office in the garden. I couldn't get new land line phones to work that I had bought from Amazon , so EE suggested I have different phones and promptly sent me some alongside a new router. Then I needed help setting up the router and getting it to work with all the extra routers and also Sky boxes. They have been utterly brilliant, patient and responsive. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to call me. Now we are all set up. Wonderful!
