How does it take to get your services up and running . I had everything delivered today how long does it take to set up

@Katie19933    For what a phone ? Broadband?   If for broadband when is your go live date ? As that’s when it’ll work.  

if it’s a phone have you put the sim in the device?  As this can take up to 24hto active but it’s usually around 3-4 hours.  Try restarting the device a few times.

It say the 10th October but I need my internet for work that all I was wondering if they put it on earlier then the 10th

You've not answered whether this is fixed-line broadband or mobile-network broadband.

Fixed line Broadland 

@Katie19933 : If you've been given a "go live" date of 10th Oct. for the installation of your BB that's when it'll start, by midnight on that day.
