I can’t get into my account , my hearing is poor but I can’t sign is there a chat service ? Contact page seems really hard to get to and when you do it only gives phone call options or sign ? It’s so annoying because I want to change my payment date but I can’t and short of calling in ,hoping I get some form of help that I likely won’t beable to hear properly anyway, I’m not sure what to do so I’m hoping someone can help me out ? I’ve just joined ee broadband but it’s not accepting my details but the internet is so much better then my last provider and I don’t want to loose that however it seems customer service is a bit off

its no online chat for EE Broadband you can vist one of there stores to get back into accounts i think

you can have a friend calling for you when they can get though say you have poor hearing if you have a moblie you can go to web style voice chat by pressing 1 and it text you a link and open it up and you can go though that way

@FibreOpticFan , I know that, but those are still the contact numbers and at the bottom are ways of speaking or contacting when deaf or hard of hearing, that is why I suggested it, always worth a try.

@KayT14 : What problems are you having setting up your MyEE for BB? Any error msg? You can't change your payment date that way anyway.
